According to the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005, fire doors must be "subject to a suitable system of maintenance and are maintained in an efficient state, in efficient working order and in good repair"
Failure to comply with the Regulatory Reform Fire Safety Order could result in the landlord, building manager or owner being prosecuted and fined & even imprisoned.
Our experienced maintenance team will ensure your fire doors are put back to their originally intended fire rating by carrying out Accepted Repair Techniques (ART) under the BM Trada Q Mark scheme.

The BM TRADA Q-Mark Fire Door Maintenance scheme has been designed to provide reassurance to specifiers, contractors, and end users that the existing doorset they have chosen has been maintained correctly and that it should perform as intended.
Each door we maintain & repair will be logged & recorded with photos before, during and after the inspection & Maintenance. We will provide details of all materials used giving you peace of mind that the doors have been maintained correctly.
